Shipping policy
Free worldwide shipping via FedEx for all orders. Botart gallery is not responsible for import taxes/duties and will not provide reimbursement for these fees.
We typically ship prints the same day (immediately) from the time of payment. You will be notified via email when your order ships along with a tracking number. Orders are estimated to take 1-4 business days from the date of shipment, depending on what country or state you’re in.
If your order, that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed, is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply.
Refund policy and damages
All Botart gallery’s prints are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please get in touch at info@botart.gallery if you have questions.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged prints purchased through Botart gallery (botart.gallery) are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints to be returned to our studio for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 2 business days of receiving item. After 2 business days, we will no longer replace an item. To start a return due to a damaged product, you can contact us at info@botart.gallery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There will be no refunds for the framing service upon return of the reproduction.
